Job Description

Centro Las Americas, a multi-service non-profit organization, is currently seeking a full-time Service Navigator for our DDS program. This person will be responsible to carry out all of the duties associated with direct case management on behalf of program clients. Additionally, this person will be responsible for identifying and accessing resources to support and assist the program participants.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred, but will consider someone with strong experience
• Demonstrated ability to successfully work with the special needs population
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) a must
